Do you do special orders?
Yes we do! Leave your contact info with a staff member and we will do our best to source the requested item. Plants, décor items, and specific hardgoods can all be special ordered. Unfortunately, due to availability we cannot guarantee all requests. A down payment may be required for larger orders once availability has been confirmed.

Do you offer planting service?
We offer planting services for bulk balled and burlap tree installation. Smaller planting projects are referred to a local residential landscaping company that we have partnered with.

What is the best way to know about current sales?
Sales and specials can change weekly. Stay up to date by checking our Facebook page, this website, and our roadside banner. Be sure to watch for coupons in local newspapers and sign up for our newsletter!

What is your warranty policy?
All of our potted trees and shrubs are warrantied for one year from the purchase date. Plants that are 30% or more discounted will not receive a warranty, however a customer may chose to take a 20% discount and receive the full warranty. If the plant dies within the first year we will issue a store credit in the amount paid. The replacement plant will not receive a warranty. The warranty slip and original receipt are required. We ask that you bring in the dead plant or provide a photograph so we can help determine if there is an insect or disease present. If you think your plant is in decline please contact us so we can advise on how to increase vigor and survivability.
